There is a good place located in the trees (represented by the red) that if worked with could present a nice place for people to go and get out of some of the elements.
If something was put in the middle of the plaza (represented by the yellow) it could start to draw people into the area.
Almost everybody that walked by this site would go around it (represented by the purple) and never walked through it. That is why there needs to be something that will be there in order to draw the people in.
The area was full of peope with all the stores and the banks there, just need to do something that makes people want to go into the site and spend sometime there.
There are small trees on the site so when given time they should grow nice, but I don't know how big they will get but it will create some wind block.
