El Corazon

If anyone is interested in catching a concert in Seattle, the El Corazon is located at 109 Eastlake Ave E, which isn't far from downtown. I know of a show on Sunday evening that may be worth going to. The band lineup is: We Shot The Moon, The Summer Set, Mercy Mercedes, and Again and Again. I'm a fan of Again and Again, a Pop/Rock band from Seattle. Tickets are $10 at the door, which opens at 7pm. There is a bar area for those of you interested in doing both. There is also a Punk/Rock show the night before with bands I've never heard of. For more info on the schedule, check out http://www.elcorazonseattle.com/cgi-bin/showinfo.cgi to see the full schedule. Just figured someone may be interested.

Here is some parking ideas. -Jean

Parking:

- There could be a possibility if a few parents shuttled us there after arriving to minneapolis and storing the vehicles at their home. (Maybe my parents?)

- MSP airport: ePark = $16/day & regular = $18/day per a vehicle TOTALS $80 - $90. so about $6/person for one car.

License for 15 Passenger van is required.

  • SEPTEMBER 10TH IS THE TRAINING. who's interested in driving the large van if anyone???? 231-9619

I did some research on the most cost effective way to get down to Minneapolis. I called quite a few people and this is what I came up with. - Josh

  • The greyhound goes to downtown so we would have to take the light rail to the airport more then likely and the fee for that is about $2 (depending on time of day - rush hour =$2.75 and non rush hour = $1.50) and this brings us to the airport. The city bus is about the same. -Jean
