The 250’ x 200’site is fenced off using a wire fence and gated, and according to the google map, it has quit a bit of trees and imaginably green space under the trees.
And after a little inquiry, i found that the area is littered with concrete benches and a few shrubs. Wright next to the site erects a brick building filled with drawings and situated next to railways tracks..
Analysis
From the little i know of the space, it seemed very closed off and had limited access which causes it to be just a visual space for now.
there is quit an amount of green space in and closely around the composition so using a hard scape as part of the design wouldn't affect the environment system largely.
since there is a building and would be covered alot with art, i think the landscape should as well play along with it and it should look good from all angles because of how tall the build is.

.Make it accessible
.Create stage to admire the art
.Make some kind of back drop to help draw it back into the setting
.Conserve the historic value of the site.
